Essential qualification : B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University.
Experience : Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the field of Hi-tech building maintenance including installation, Testing commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Central Air Conditioning plant/ Window & Split AC’s, Electrical Substation, Fire fighting & Fire Protection System, Fire detection, Diesel Generator sets, Lifts, Water Supply & disposal Pumps, Internal & External Electrification, UPS, Servo Stabilizers and other Electromechanical appliances. Should have experience of tendering for above works and liasoning with various licensing agencies and also able to handle House keeping & Security Services.
Age limit : Maximum 30 years as on 01-July-2010.
Pay scale : Rs. 20600-46500 (E2 - IDA)
