Essential qualification :
For Project Senior Scientist
Master’s degree in Physical Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognized University and 4 yrs. research experience in Fuel Cell area (fuel cell electronics, experience in different analytical techniques required for characterization of fuel cell components, development of fuel cell materials such as catalysts, polymer electrolytes, bipolar plates etc., design of fuel cell components, modeling, system integration and application demonstration).

For Project Scientist
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognized University in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.

Desirable :
For Project Senior Scientist
a) Doctorate degree or equivalent in related subject from a recognized University.

b) Experience in managing and directing R&D projects/programmes.

c) Published research work of high standard and/or good record of patents granted/filed.
